🇲🇱 In precolonial Lúsung (Luzon, Philippines 🇵🇭) the gender-neutral Kapampángan and Tagalog term "Lakan" was used to refer to the "Diwatas" (the ancient gods and goddesses of the Philippines) and their human descendants on earth, the ruling devarajas (divine kings), the Lakans of Luzon.

☀️ This Chibi design is based on the likeness of Kirby Araullo in his "Máppiâng Súgî" (royal) regalia, representing his "Sapnî" (lineages) as a direct descendant of both Lakandúlâ of Tondo and Rája Matandá of Maynílâ, the last Paramount Kings of Luzon.
