Here I give you my two deepest passions, Muay Thai and the third eye. Muay thai is the art of eight limbs that uses punches, elbows, knees and kicks as strikes offensively and defensively. The third eye refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. Once you can have an understanding of movement in muay thai while being in your own higher realm of consciousness you have adapted into the grandest version of yourself, helping you take things slow while being quick, calm yet violent. ultimately you will begin to live a life of ultimate mindfulness in and out of motion.
