Lefty, an older Quaker parrot who was deemed "unadoptable", touched the lives of so many while in our care as a project bird. He proved that many times what we see (aggression, anger) is not what is happening (fear, uncertainty). He formed an incredible bond with Capri who needed Lefty just as much as he needed her. He has since found a wonderful home in FL with a little girl around Capri's age to love him.
