Hereditary Neuropathy with Liability to Pressure Palsy is a rare genetic nerve disorder. Many people (even including doctors!) have not heard of it, and this range is a lighthearted shout out to the suffers of HNPP who constantly are asked "what is HNPP" to get an even stranger look as they say "Hereditary Neuropathy with Liability to Pressure Palsy"
