This T-Shirt pays homage to one of the most influential and revered masters of Chinese Kung Fu, Sun Lutang. Born in 1860, Sun Lutang mastered the arts of Xingyi Quan, Bagua Zhang and Taiji Quan and went on to create his own branch of Taiji Quan, Sun style Taiji Quan. Sun Lutang wrote some of the most influential and groundbreaking books on these arts in the modern era. <br><br>He was a highly accomplished and respected martial artist and scholar. While he passed away in 1933, his impact and influence on the Chinese martial arts continues to today. <br><br>Here he is depicted in Warhol-esque style on the front, highlighting his creativity while at the same time his heritage. There are hundreds of children who can't afford tuition, but every shirt equals one more child with access to education in Nigeria.<br><br>This project is an independent initiative by Gabriel Hansen, a recent high school graduate originally from Washington state who is living in Nigeria with the US Government, and plans on attending BYU-Idaho this fall semester. Gabe has personally visited the refugee camps and met with the children in need of education, as well as coordinated with the Project Envision Nigeria (PEN) foundation to distribute the funds raised.
