By now, you may have heard of intuitive eating: the practice of tuning in to your body's internal cues when deciding when/what to eat.
But, intuition can be found in our daily actions too: waking up early when we have the energy, taking a rest day from exercise when we need (or feel like) it, and checking in on someone when we feel they may need it.
In what areas of your life can you be more intuitive? I hope this word serves as a gentle reminder to harness your intuition when you see it on your clothes, water bottle, or tote bag!
