Save the Hammerheads is an organization started in 2015 to raise awareness of the increasingly endangered hammerhead sharks.  These beautiful creatures are being hunted for sport and their valuable shark fins.  The estimated numbers left in the wild is unknown, but has decreased (possibly 80% loss).  A large portion of the proceeds from purchasing this shirt will go towards conservation efforts to keep these magnificent creatures safe while spreading the awareness through events and workshops.  We will diligently delegate the donations to the upcoming conservation effort for hammerheads.  Whether it be the next research dive team, global fishing law petition efforts, or any other group putting effort towards the conservation of the hammerhead species.  It will also allow us to host events such as Hammerhead education classes at the nearest aquariums, extinction awareness fund raisers, etc.
