Team Nicole

Unfortunately we got news that none of us wanted to hear. She needs chemo. The chemo is to reduce her chances of a reoccurrence. She will start her first round of chemo on January 13. She will have four rounds of chemo that will be three weeks apart. Her treatments will be 4 to 6 hours long and she will likely experience side effects for up to three or four days post chemo. Then she will have two weeks to recover before her next treatment.

She will still have surgery on December 30 as a preventative measure for ovarian cancer.

Thank you for all of the prayers and continued support. Wishing everybody a very Merry Christmas. We will post another update closer to surgery.
