E Ola Ka ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (The Hawaiian Language Lives) is our latest design inspired by the thousands of Hawaiians that have dedicated themselves to learning the native language of their Kupuna, which almost died out completely back in the early 1970ʻs.
Hawaiians exercising their rights as Kanaka Maoli to speak their language are still being subjugated, most recently in the Maui court system, where on January 24th, 2018 a University Professor was arrested for speaking ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi instead of English, English and ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi are the OFFICIAL languages of the "State" of Hawaii. but ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi was the language of the land before the US occupation. Everyone that came to Hawaii, foreigners and Americans, learned ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi. Hawaiian was conducted in everyday transactions. We support the Hawaiian Language. Please Kokua!
