As a parent and proud member of the Randolph community, I’m committed to changing the narrative of our school district. I’m running for school committee because I believe in the value of public education. I want to form a cohesive partnership with teachers, parents and the community to ensure Randolph Public Schools students receive quality education they deserve as the future scholars in our town. I promise that I will make every effort to lead with passion, dignity and TRANSPARENCY in order to improve the growth and development our district schools.
My experience as an advocate, grassroots non-profit founder, Boston Public School, Boston Center for Youth and Families and Department of Children and Families has given me the tools to advocate on behalf of, students, families and educators. As a grassroots non-profit founder, I understand the realities of working with a budget, and will ensure that school budget is taken extremely serious.
If elected, I’ll diligently work toward retaining and recruiting a highly qualified superintendent, teachers developing and supporting academic initiatives that will prepare our children. As your public servant, I will work to ensure our taxpayer dollars are spent directly in the classroom, help strategically work on reducing class sizes, advocate for special needs students and need to properly have trained/licensed staff to help.
