On dec 31st 2014 our oldest was diagnosed with thyroid cancer On July 29th 2016 Michael was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, We couldn’t understand why or how this happened to our family not once but twice. Since then our youngest kids Junior & Hailey get ultrasounds yearly to be sure everything is OK. Unfortunately this year we didn’t get the news we always pray so hard for.  Hailey & Junior both have nodules on their thyroid. People say God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers!! At times like this it’s so hard to believe. We feel like its a nightmare we want to wake up from but mostly don’t understand why this is happening. December 8th we all will be heading to MD Anderson in Houston Texas for a week for check up on Mike & Paige and for Hailey's & Junior's 1st visit and to get genetic testing done.As most know Hailey was born with a bleeding disorder and unfortunately she doesn't clot well, so she needs to be treated with meds before any kind of surgery or biopsy so right now we are trying to get her DR to come up with her plan so we can bring to houston. We want to bring awareness to thyroid cancer.
