    I painted the watercolor panting when I was up in the night with insomnia. The storm was my thoughts at the time that simply would not quiet down so I could rest. I was having a difficult time with my CPTSD. Painting is a great distraction as well as an expression of my feelings I can't really capture with words. Art says it better!
