Operational text messages are essential to the SMS Service. If you do not wish to receive operational text messages from us, do not use the SMS Service. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your agreement to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of the SMS Services. Standard data and message rates may apply whenever you send or receive such messages, as specified by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The number of text messages that you receive varies. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier to each text message sent or received in connection with our SMS Services . You represent that you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide or that you have permission from the account holder to use the SMS Services. You are responsible for notifying Teespring immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.
